It's a wrap!

Really proud of all my students who performed well and showed an amazing fighting spirit during the Interschool Karate competition yesterday. Even if some did not win a medal, I am proud of their commitment and the efforts they produced in the past month to prepare for the tournament.

A total of 12 students competed and we managed to bring home 8 medals!

Congratulations to our medalists:

Yukino Ushida - Bronze🥉🥉 in Female Kata and Kumite (P5 and P6)

Last weekend we had the opportunity to teach under

Last weekend we had the opportunity to teach underprivileged children in partnership with Glyph Asia.

This project is very important to us, as it gives the opportunity to kids from families with low income, to discover sports and activities that would be normally not accessible to them.

It was a very fulfilling experience, the kids were highly involved and We can't wait to be back.

I would like to congratulate all our students for taking part in the 11th JKA SG Karate Tournament on the 16th and 23rd of January 2022.

This competition was a great opportunity for our Karatekas to push their limits, get out of their comfort zone and increase their confidence!

I am also very proud of the performance of Hinata Baba for winning the Junior Belt competition and of Sophie Olsen for reaching third place in the same category.
