1) Class Request:

If your location is not available on our booking platform and you are interested in starting Karate classes at your location, please write to us at cyril@karate-nation.com

Please kindly take note that any cost involved with the booking of facilities at your location will not be covered by Karate Nation.

2) Refunds:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for our classes.

3) Pricing:

You can purchase different packages on our website as below.

Each package has a validity period from the date of the first enrolment.

*Please kindly note that there will be no credits or refunds under any circumstances, for any missed sessions or withdrawal while the package is active* 

*Please kindly note that we do not conduct classes on Public Holidays and that there will be no make-up classes arranged or credits given for a class not taking place during a Public Holiday*

We reserve the right at any time to change the fees of classes at our sole discretion.

4) Credits:

If a class was cancelled by us for reasons such as coach sickness, or facilities not booked,  we will either schedule a make-up class or offer you a credit that can be used for the next package bought with us.

5) Liability Waiver: 

By booking classes on our website, parents/participants agree and give consent that participant to take part in the activity and consent to any emergency treatment as necessary. I accept that Karate Nation and its employees and coaches are not under liability whatsoever in respect of injury, loss, or damage to my child’s/my health or property whilst participating in any coaching sessions, camps, tournaments, or other activities wherein my child participates. I understand that participating in any Karate Nation organized activity is at my child’s/my own risk. Karate Nation, its owners, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever, even in the event of negligence or gross negligence by Karate Nation, its owners, employees, and coaches, arising from any personal injury, death, or property loss sustained by participants and family during any coaching, camp, tournament or other activities related to the participants and family enrolment with Karate Nation for the current term and any future terms. Karate Nation treats the safety and well-being of children as a priority and reserves the right to expel them from any of our activities without refunding any participant or its family who is found bullying, misbehaving, or who is generally disruptive.

6) Photography and Videos:

I herewith consent that any photos or videos taken during Karate Nation organized activities are the sole property of Karate Nation and can be used for marketing purposes. These photos or videos will not be passed on to third parties. If you do not wish us to use photos or videos that include your children, please write to us at cyril@karate-nation.com with the subject line “PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS”

7) Karate Uniforms:

Uniforms can be purchased through us at the fixed price of S$60SGD. Simply email us at cyril@karate-nation.com with the subject line “Karate Uniform”. Please kindly specify the age and height of the participant.

8) Medical Conditions:

Please inform us at cyril@karate-nation.com of any medical conditions that your child has that we should be aware of. You can also share any medical conditions with us during the booking process.

9) Pandemic situation:

In the event of restrictions from authorities such as COVID-19 measures or any future pandemic situation, that would prevent us from conducting the classes physically as per normal, all classes will be converted to an online format and the purchased packages will continue to be consumed with these online sessions.

* Please kindly note that packages bought previously will be consumed even if the participant does not join the online classes*.
